Mr. Abdul Gafoor Shaikh is a passionate poet, storyteller, and thinker who writes under the pen name “Ghafir“. Rooted in a humble background and educated in an urdu – medium school, his love for language & expression began at an early age. From scribbling couplets in the margins of notebooks to penning heartfelt diary entries, writing was always more than a habit – it was a calling.

Over the years, abdul cultivated his voice as a poet who doesn’t merely rhyme, but reflects. His work echo’s themes of love, silence, identity, loss, and divine connection. With a deep respect for urdu, Hindustani Tehzeeb and lyrical storytelling, he weaves old world charm with contemporary relevance.

His writing journey turned professional recently, but his heart has long belonged to words. Abdul is the creator of “Lamhon ki Kitaab,” a growing digital space for his poetry, short stories, and visual shayari reels. He is especially known for crafting powerful two-line shers that leave a lasting impression.
